You can return our stone product for any reason within 30 days of delivery for a refund within our current return policy guidelines. Returning shipping costs are not free and will be deducted from the refund. You may request to estimate your returning shipping cost and other alternative return options that may be available. The stone product must be returned in its entirety and in the same condition as when it arrived at your site in unused, like-new, 100% saleable condition and in our original packaging and it must not have been installed, removed and then returned. This guarantee applies to all our regular stone products only and does not apply to custom made and special orders. All damage and shortage claims should be made within 3 days of delivery. A refund will be issued to the original credit card within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item at our stone yard.
