Natural stone veneer orders less than 500’ square feet (approx. 2 pallets) will be unloaded with the shipping company’s truck (with the lift gate) as close as the shipping truck can access your location.
FREE Shipping If you order more than 500’ square feet of Natural Thin Stone Veneer, but you will need to rent a forklift to unload the stone. Natural Thin Stone Veneer will come in the approx. 200 - 250 square feet boxes or pallets (approx. 2,500 pounds each box or pallet).
If you do not want to rent a forklift, we could send a truck with the lift gate for unloading up to 1400 square feet of stone. It might cost you an extra, so please call us for details.
Some customers who have a lot of man power chose to unload by hand each stone. Each stone may weight approx. 12 pounds although it will take a lot of time and we are not recommending this option.
Renting a forklift is easy and should not be expensive. You may call your local equipment renting company and ask how much it would cost to bring that forklift to you for the specific time for an hour or two. Some equipment renting companies can come and unload those stone pallets for you.
We can call your local equipment renting company and we will get their stone unloading quotes before even you order the stone from us. Just email us where the stone needs to be unloaded and how many square feet you are thinking to buy.
Perhaps you may prefer ordering only one little box of approx. 3 stones for $25 total including shipping (approx. 37 pounds), that we could ship the next business day, in order for you to evaluate the stone and the service and only after that decide if you would like to order more.
Most of the natural stone orders under 500 square feet are shipped within 7 business days, but in the spring season it might take a few weeks or more.
Shipping for orders above 500 square feet of stone is FREE, although the shipping time depends on availability of stone and available carriers.
After we ship your natural stone, you will receive your shipment’s tracking number, so you will know precisely when it will arrive to your location.
Shipping under 1500 square feet of stone we may use UPS Freight and other available LTL carriers.
